Fraudulent Accounts
mmk52 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information and to remove any funds in that account. Bonuses or winnings obtained through false personal information may be voided.
02 Account Management
Your account security is your responsibility. You must follow these rules when accessing your account—

Account Suspension / Closure
mmk52 may temporarily suspend an account while investigating a suspected rule violation or fraud. If no violation is found after the investigation, the account will be reopened.
03 Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit: 20,000 Ks (applies to all methods)
Minimum withdrawal: 20,000 Ks
Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay
Withdrawal processing time (normal): 10–45 minutes
Deposits
When making a deposit, you must use your own KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay account. mmk52 may reject deposits made by a third party, and such deposits will not be refunded. If you have any issues after depositing, contact us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.
Withdrawals
When requesting a withdrawal, you can only use the same payment method and account you used to deposit. Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes — however, the verification process may cause delays.
mmk52 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. For players who request to stop playing without completing a withdrawal, the bonus balance will be removed and only the real money balance will be returned.
04 Bonus Terms
Bonuses and promotions offered on the mmk52 website must be used in good faith only.
Welcome Bonus
A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement 10x).
Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
Example 2: Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks (maximum) → Balance 1,520,000 Ks → Wagering 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks
Bonus Withdrawal Policy
- Bonus funds cannot be treated as real money — you cannot withdraw until wagering requirements are met.
- Bonuses cannot be combined with each other — each promotion applies under its own terms only.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.
- mmk52's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.
05 Fair Play Policy
All games on mmk52 operate with SSL encryption and fair play foundations. Players are prohibited from the following—
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate gameplay
- Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
- Using any technology to predict game outcomes
- Making deposits or withdrawals for money laundering purposes
- Threatening or harassing mmk52 staff or other players
If any of these violations are confirmed, all bonuses and winnings will be removed and the account may be permanently closed.
06 VIP Levels and Cashback
mmk52 has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Once you meet the play volume and target requirements, your VIP level goes up automatically, and cashback is paid out once a week—
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
Cashback amounts are calculated from regular play only. For irregular play or bonus-related play under review, mmk52's decision is final. mmk52 reserves the right to adjust VIP level requirements with prior notice.
07 Responsible Gaming
